Changes can be made within 14 days from the day of receiving the product, as evidenced by the courier used. Under the law governing e-commerce Law 2251/1994, the consumer has the right to return the product, for any reason and to request a replacement or refund.
In order to proceed the refund or replacement,
- The product should be in perfect condition, in the original packaging, it should not have been used or worn, or be in any other condition than the original one
- The returned product has to be accompanied by the receipt of its purchase.
- The product has been received, checked, and approved by us.
- You send us the product within fourteen (14) days
The shipping cost of returning the product is borne by the buyer.
No refund will be accepted if you do not get in contact with us first.
The process of money refund will be completed within thirty (30) days from the day of returning the product.
To secure your return rights, we recommend that you use a postal service, courier or transport service with a tracking number, as we can not take responsibility in case the returned product does not reach our offices and therefor can not be replaced or refunded. The customer is always responsible for sending the product.
